    The professional plays an integral role in Birchwood Collision Centre achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction during the repair process. The successful candidate manages a team of skilled Body Repair Technicians and is focused on ensuring maximum efficiency during production hours. Using the latest technology in the market, the chosen candidate controls shop loading and reloading to assure timely completion of all repairs and seamless delivery to the customer. This position is a leadership role with the expectation that the chosen candidate will act as a mentor to the production team, and will provide support to staff within the Birchwood Collision Centre.

    • Collision Centre experience preferred
    • Completed Post-secondary education in production, business, or related field
    • Proven leadership skills and ability to successfully mentor team members
    • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
    • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, e-mail and phone)
    • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
    • Comfortable leveraging technology for most day to day functions
    • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and transportation to and from work required.
